Small bowl on ring foot; wide flat flange projecting outward just below rim. Micaceous red clay, slipped. Unglazed. "Can this not go with the pyxides even though unglazed?" Cistern, mixed fill, late Roman ... 10 May 1935 ... "Can this not go with the pyxides even though unglazed?"
