Very low ring foot; rolled handle. At either side, five large concentric circles with dot in center; at back, alternating straight and wavy horizontal lines to lower handle attachment; to each ... LG IIA ... At either side, five large concentric circles with dot in center; at back, alternating straight and wavy horizontal lines to lower handle attachment; to each side of the handle attachment, bird with solid body facing away; zigzags in field. On front, shoulder to bottom, alternating straight and wavy vertical lines; above this, three bands on the uppermost of which stands a horse to right with two wavy streamers or tethers descending from its mouth; zigzags in field.
Dull black glaze, somewhat worn.
