[Agora Object] P 14165: Black Glaze Oven

Mended from many pieces and largely restored in plaster. Rectangular in shape with rounded corners and one open end. Double back wall; floor over front part only. The fragments give part of the top, with ... 28 April-4 May 1938 ... The fabric is exactly like that of the contemporary braziers on stands and, as made up, the oven fits neatly on the top of one of these braziers.

[Agora Object] P 16520: Vessel Stand (Brazier?)

Much missing, but the profile complete; restored in plaster. A large plain hollow stand with bulging walls finished off plain at top and bottom. Its shape recalls the deep braziers like P 16521 (ΓΓ 976), ... May, June 1939 ...
