Intact, perhaps not finished. Rough-picked with point above and below. Claw between. Square abacus, round echinus. Same as A 3859 (?). Unfinished version of A 3858 (?).

Flat top and arched opening, made in one piece. Tile pierced at either side of top of arch.

The handle and a little of the upper part remain. Bulbous body; low neck with flaring lip; short vertical handle attached to lip.
Pale buff clay, unglazed. Ca. 7.5YR6/4.

Bulging bottom; almost vertical side wall; broad flaring rim with a slight ridge around its inner edge to hold the lid. No trace of handle.
