First of two lines of inscription is on a projecting moulding.

Incised decoration: vertical panels of hatchings and circles surrounded by dots and diamonds. White filling preserved (cf. ArchEph (1898), pl. 2, no. 14; ... April 1932 ... ArchEph (1898), pl. 2, no. 14; ArchEph 1912, p. 35, fig. 15, no. 2).
