Preserved are two different lower borders of linked buds; the wheel of a chariot right, and the foot of one mounting; the rail of a chariot (not the same as on a)), and part of a figure; drapery fragments; and a hand holding a chariot rail. ... Decoration also of groups of white dots and incised crosses.

Ornament: below the scene, continuous around the vase, a band of maeanders in groups of four separated by checkerboard squares. ... Approaching him at a gallop, a quadriga; eight forefeet and part of a chariot wheel remain. ... Technique: relief contour for the horses' feet and the chariot wheel; not for the standing figures or the ornament.

The lower body, mended from many pieces; nothing of the foot preserved. On the interior is a dull black glaze wash (the only example of the series which shows any signs of waterproofing inside). For the ... 12-15 April 1939 ... Figured scene: A quadriga galloping left; legs or hooves of four horses preserved, the lower halves of both chariot wheels with traces of the chariot, and also an end of flying drapery (bordered Doric chiton) belonging to its occupant. Below the horses' hooves, three dolphins leaping, two left, one right, among wave crests, these indicated by groups of concentric curves painted over the glaze in a color now vanished (white?).

To right of handle, a female figure mounting a chariot (legs of three horses preserved); behind the horses, a standing draped figure. ... White also for the women's flesh, for at least one horse, for groups of dots on Dionysos' cloak, and for the top edge of his drinking horn.
