The central part of the woman 's hair is arranged in a herringbone pattern design with the waves of the hair drawn down on either side of the pattern ... 17 May 1933 ... This may represent a very curious and exxaggerated coiffure or it may possibly be a headdress of polos type. On the left side of the face a straight ridge projects and may represent the falling folds of a veil.
