Pan. Floor and part of wall. Cup rests on ridge; slightly convex underside. Conical profile; five grooves preserved on exterior. Emblem surrounded by two to three scraped grooves. Bust of Pan, with head ... 240-200 ... Ivy leaves over hair. Nebris worn over shoulders, the legs knotted over breast. ... Paint on horns, ivy leaves, eyebrows, mouth, and knot of nebris. Metallic black glaze; miltos.

White: Dionysos's fillet; dots on other fillets; jewelry; fruit of plants; dots near top of torch.

Fragment broken all around, from wall of large open vase, perhaps a calyx krater. Shiny black inside. Draped figure dancing right, preserved from waist to middle of lower legs, probably a maenad; the object ... 4 May 1939 ... Draped figure dancing right, preserved from waist to middle of lower legs, probably a maenad; the object hanging at the left would then be the end of her nebris; a little brown glaze along the break at the upper left, across the drapery, might be its lower edge.

Satyr Or Pan. Floor of cup, with most of emblem preserved; partly broken at left. Cup rests on ridge (very worn) with ridge within it, all surrounded by groove; convex underside. Exterior spirally grooved; ... 240-200 ... Ivy leaves on head. Nebris worn over shoulder and knotted over breast (hoof clearly visible at right).

Mended with missing pieces restored in plaster and painted. Glazed on underside. H. to top of knob: 0.067; diam. 0.195. From the center out: tongue pattern; satyrs and maenads. Two satyrs (small pieces ... Late 5th century B.C ... Each wears a peplos; the right also wears a nebris, has a fillet around her head, and holds a torch in her left hand.

Wall fragment from the receptacle of a rhyton(?). Max. dim. 0.063. Maenad (most of draped legs, hanging leg of her nebris), probably dancing to right. Above her right thigh at the break is a bit of reserve ... Probably early 5th century B.C ... Maenad (most of draped legs, hanging leg of her nebris), probably dancing to right. ... Dilute glaze: nebris. 1673, with the bovine horn in added clay, probably comes from a rhyton, but so little remains that it did not seem to warrant a separate category.
