Female frontal head crowned with polos decorated with palmettes. Hair worn in chignon. Earrings added flat discs of clay.
Broken just below neck.
Back not articulated, solid.
Buff fabric.
ADDENDA RVN: Head of Aphrodite. Joins with T 4143, T 4150 and T 4138. From the same figure are T 4122, T 4144 and T 4146. Her right arm rests on top of a stele of naiskos type as she pours a libation from a phiale.
Context:   Well in Room 6, box 59, layer I.
Handling:   best stored in a horizaontal position, with the perspex dowels not removed (but not mounted on the base.)
