Title:   Statuette Fragment: Aphrodite

Description:   Broken at level of pubis, left hand broken off. Base and left-sided support intact. Mended from two pieces.
Half-draped Aphrodite, of type S 2004, with weight on her left leg. Himation held up in front by left hand, draped over support (perhaps a rock) at proper left side. Dolphin against drapery with nose or rocklike form below.

Marble and workmanship similar to S 2004, S 3139, S and 3208.
Parian marble.
