| Description: | Missing: head, feet, left arm, right forearm, back of vase. A male figure, presumably Dionysius in a lounging attitude. He wears a chlamys fastened with a round brooch in front of the throat. The right end is thrown loosely over the right thigh, on the other end he sits. Clay: Firm, buff, covered behind with black glaze, on front with white paint. Overlying the white is red paint between the legs and traces of gilding on the draping. | |
