Title:   Female Head
Description:   Broken away below the chin.
Plump female face. A broad braid of hair is drawn from the forehead straight back over the top of the head. The cheeks are bordered by heavy ringlets. Eyes, mouth, and much of the hair indicated by incision done after removal from the mould.
Clay: Brick red to ash grey; coarse, no trace of paint.
Context:   Assembly Place, filling of Period III.
