| Description: | Medusa medallion, leaf calyx, feet and rosette above. Part of medallion and lower wall preserved. Medallion: A gorgoneion enclosed by a scraped groove in red wash and row of beading. Calyx: Two rows of tall leaves springing from the medallion. Wall: The feet of a figure and to the right below the paws of an animal an eight-petaled rosette. Clay: Pinkish, buff. Glaze: firm black glaze, inside, worn on the outside. | |
