| Title: | Red Figure Plate Fragment | |
| Description: | I. Youthful satyr dancing left, looking back right. Fillet at the level of his brow. To the right, the white foot of a small-scale figure (Eros). Exergue with wave pattern. Black outlines, not relief contour. White, with overpainting, for fillet and foot. Poor glaze; gray and much peeled. Low ring foot; a slightly moulded ring nearer the centre; it seems that the underside was black apart from the resting surfaces of the rings. The fragment has broken along the junction of floor and rim; a bit of the start of the latter remains. | |
