| Title: | Red Figure Krater Fragment | |
| Description: | Fragment from upper wall. Female figure, facing, looking left; she wears a dress with embroidered yoke, earring, and broad headband. Remains of two other figures: a hand stretched out toward the woman from either side. Part of some object at right, above. Firm white for the woman's flesh, with yellow over-painting. Glaze fired dark red outside, lighter red inside. Note that the pink wash, used over much of the reserved portions of the vase, and apparently also above the glaze, has run over onto the woman's eye and shoulder. | |
