On the flange, one dot rosette and part of another preserved, bordered by a plain band along the lower edge. Checkerboard band around outer edge of lid; within, narrow concentric bands and a circle of dots. Near the inner edge of the fragment, two concentric bands in added purple. Clay clear buff on the outside, tending to pinkish-buff on the unglazed inside. Protocorinthian. | |
