On body, above two stripes, eight rectangles alternately checked and crosshatched with a vertical stripe at each end of the series. On the lip, a horizontal zigzag between two horizontal bands rather carelessly done. Horizontal bands on handles. Black to brown glaze, somewhat peeled. ADDENDA P 5869: Small cup with high flaring foot. Concave lip, slightly inset; vertical flat handle. | |
