Title:   Stamnos Fragment with Paint Decoration

Description:   The mouth and much of the side wall missing; restored in plaster. Low base ring; ovoid body with horizontal handles set at the shoulder.
Coarse red clay covered with a thin pale yellow wash. There are four broad bands of red paint on the outer wall; between the uppermost two, a wavy line. A band of red paint on the outer face of each handle.
