Title:   Black Glaze Psykter Fragments

Description:   Three large non-joining fragments made up of many small fragments (small non-joining fragments in lot 684).
a) Rim and body. Mouth flanged to receive lid. Concave neck offset at junction with shoulder. One double tube handle preserved, pierced vertically for string.
b) Lower body and start of stem.
c) Disk foot with low torus moulding. Reserved: outer face of rim, upper surface of flange, handle, resting surface, torus moulding and interior below neck.
Fine orange clay, buff on interior; shiny black glaze. Some fragments tinged gray from fire.
