Title:   Chalice Fragment with Relief Decoration

Description:   Single fragment of lower part of bowl (rounded) of a chalice probably with pedestal foot (cf. P 26807 in this ware).
Lower edge of moldmade relief decoration preserved: row of four blurred rosettes, between relief lines.
Smooth orange-red clay (faint gray tinge at core); vermillion-red slip in and out, polished to create a gloss. Some flaking on interior.
