Title:		Black Glaze Stemless Kantharos

Description:		Considerable portions of lip and body missing. Restored in plaster. Shape similar to P 2859 but not so squat. Two grooves encircle the body, one just below the lip, the other just above the lower attachment of the handles. On top of each handle a mask, roughly modeled. Glaze almost entirely worn off. ADENDA P 2859: Deep body; two vertical band handles...low spreading foot...
