Title:   Black Figure Stand Fragment

Description:   From the upper part of a large stand. A head in outline to right. Red fillet with a row of white dots on either side of it, set off by incised lines. Behind the head, part of a rectangular object (abacus of a column?). Above, two torus mouldings; four white strokes at left of lower one, over back part of head.
Similar to stands from Vari.
Context:   Mass of pottery 2.0m. east of Archaic Temple.
