Title:   Black Glaze Salt Cellar

Description:   Part of side missing. Small open flat-bottomed bowl; plain rim. Black glaze, mottled with red, overall, except for reserved bands: one just above bottom, one further up wall, and two concentric on bottom.
Notes:   The following three objects (P 25869-P 25871) inventoried from the contents of a cardboard box found 3-8-57 inscribed "ΠΠ, NS Trench VI, p. 802; pocket of pottery near grave (with Tanagra fig.)" For the figurine(s) see ΠΠ 226 (T 2469) and ΠΠ 245 (T 2474). A few fragments, nothing later than the catalogued pieces.
