| Description: | Mended from many pieces; a few wall fragments missing. Torus mouth; rim flat on top; shoulder tending to be flat; moulded ring above foot; unusually moulded foot. On shoulder, thin rays and palmettes (two, three, two). Above picture, key leftwards; below, rightwards. A procession of gods approaches the palace of Zeus, which is indicated by a Doric column. From left to right, Herakles, Athena, Hermes, Apollo; then the column, and Zeus seated whithin, holding the thunderbolt. Standing behind him, Hera. Added red and white; glaze thin and brown in places. | |
