Title:   Pilgrim Flask Fragment

Description:   Corner of a clay object with flat bottom, perhaps a pilgrim flask? Sides starting almost vertical and then sloping in; they meet at right angle.
Thin clay, gray at core, light brown at surface. Thin coat of light brown to black glaze applied unevenly on outside. Streaking on to bottom. Inside unglazed.
Cf. P 6285 and P 12362 (same vessel?).
Context:   Footing trench for concrete wall. Context first half 2nd. c. A.D.
