| Description: | Fragmentary; about half the rim and much of the wall missing. Restored in plaster. Medallion, head of Athena Parthenos, facing. Around it, a row of small triangular leaves; then a triple zone of grooved leaves, overlapping. Above, a double zone of broad leaves, heart-shaped with the point upper-most; two volutes at the base of each joining to form a stem. Upper zone, guilloche, then boukrania and rosettes, alternating. Good black glaze, slightly worn. | |
