| Description: | Nearly complete; most of rim, one handle, and body fragments restored. Low flat base and egg-shaped body with high neck and flaring rounded lip. Vertical band handles, shoulder to below rim. Unglazed. A triple band between base and shoulder, and wide band bordered by narrow ones below shoulder. On shoulder, front and back, two sets of compass-drawn concentric half-circles, the centers filled solid; each pair separated by double verticals, bordered with wavy lines. Neck reserved; band at its junction with body, and glaze on under and outer faces of rim. On handle, St. Andrew's cross. Attic clay; glaze black to dull brown. | |
