| Title: | Vessel Stand (Brazier?) | |
| Category: | Pottery | |
| Description: | Much missing, but the profile complete; restored in plaster. A large plain hollow stand with bulging walls finished off plain at top and bottom. Its shape recalls the deep braziers like P 16521 (ΓΓ 976), but the object is much larger and without bottom, rim or handles. A piece of the wall at the bottom is cut away to provide a fire-hole. Heavy coarse cooking ware fabric, much blackened from use. Cf. Agora XII, no. 2023. | |
