Title:		Beehive Lid Fragment

Description:		Small fragment from a large lid, preserving a little of the rim, with a semi-circular lifting hole cut out of the edge, and a long narrow vertical lug or grip set just inside it. Two holes pierced through at either end of the lug and just inside it. Coarse red clay; light buff slip. Cf. P 14481 (Χ 1047) Cf. Agora XXXIII, no. 371.
Context:		Layer 2 of Martyr II; i.e. clearing of Great Drain.
