Title:   Lamp with Suspension Handle
Category:   Lamps
Description:   Flat rim with two deep grooves; double grooved handle on discus set slightly front of center. Palm leaf, with two rosettes on either side, in relief on front of rim; another palm leaf incised on front of handle.
Triangular-ended nozzle; on the wall to either side, a raised rib. Simulated ring base set off by grooves; raised ring and dot inside it.
No glaze.
Orange-buff clay.
Type XXVII Variant of Corinth collection.
Context:   Kalikia Byzantine fill. North Hypocaust Room. Furnace dump, disturbed.
