A face (mask) with gouged eyes and upstanding hair, surmounted by a many-petalled palmette with a hole pierced through its center. The face is that of "laughing Faun" type, with two short horns. More probably the upper mold of a head-lamp. No glaze. Pink clay with buff surface. | |
