Description:   Most of nozzle and left side missing.
On discus, bear, left. On rim, S-shaped volutes; herringbone on panel. Handle, partly pierced, two grooves above, with herringbone between them; two grooves below with cross strokes at bottom.
On reverse, within a single circular groove, the signature "Λ Ε" and four pairs of small concentric impressed circles.
Unglazed.
Reddish-buff clay.
Type XXVIII of Corinth collection.
Context:   Well. West end of section; late Roman hole.
