| Description: | The handle broken away, otherwise intact. Heavily blackened about the nozzle. A typical type XX of Corinth collection, except that it lacks the letter "A" beneath. Cf. Corinth IV, ii, pp. 76-78, nos. 418-453, pl. VII. ADDENDA The body is deep and of a rounded profile. It 's also double convex with a sharp angle between the two halves. Rim has rows of impressed dots. The nozzle is rounded and decorated with double rudimentary volutes, and from the volutes on the shoulder a raised line extends below the nozzle and separates it from the body. On back a ring in relief. | |
