| Description: | Obverse : standing Hermes, with money bags and caduceus. Reverse : standing Serapis, partly draped. This personage is better preserved here than in most of the other examples. He wears an himation wrapped around his lower body, and brandishes a heavy club in his upraised right hand. The end of the himation falls over his bent left arm; with his left hand he holds a long staff, thickened at the top. In the field below his right arm, a large star. Circle of dots. The seal (represantation) is a good deal smaller than the flan. | |
