| Description: | Preserved nearly complete in four fragments (two free, one corroded against part of larger bit-shaped object, IL 1063, and one corroded against light spearhead, IL 1059). Composed of two sections, equal in length, the whole resembling in shape a snaffle bit. Sections are joined by interlocking loops at one end; the other end of each section is terminated in a free, loop. Constructed from two interlocking strands of iron, twisted to form shaft.
