Broken at left, right, bottom and possibly on top; back face dressed with pointed chisel.
Honors Tiberius Claudius as benefactor of the city.
Parts of two lines of the inscription preserved.
Pentelic marble.
Context:   Found over the floor of Byzantine building, northwest of the Temple of Ares.
