| Description: | Inscribed fragment. Broken at top, bottom not exposed. A thin slab with mouldings down the two sides. Mentions "σεμνότατον συνέδριον" and punishment to someone for irreverence to gods and... to recipients of letter. The slab is set into a poros base which in turns is set on bedrock; stele in original place, simply incorporated in face of Valereian wall without moving. Imperial letter. Hymettian marble. | |
