Title:   Carinated Cup Fragment: Patterned
Category:   Pottery
Description:   From cup with off set rim.
Red on buff.
ADDENDA 2018: Five sherds mended into three non-joining sections to a carinated cup with flaring rim.
The exterior decoration consists of a wide lip-band with developed quirk on the carination of the body. The interior is monochrome.
The paint is thick, evenly applied, and fired red. The exterior exhibits moderate use-wear on the lip of the rim and shoulder, showing that it was used as a scoop for some time.
Fragment AP 3009d may preserve a large burn spot on the interior, possibly from secondary use as a lamp?
