Low, broad ring foot; wide resting surface, slightly beveled; flat underside with string marks at center. Very squat body, offset above foot, with groove at lower handle attachment. Ridge at base of neck.

Very flaring mouth with molded lip, groove on top. Flat strainer in neck with square holes: five around edges, one in center. Ridged strap handle from shoulder to base of neck. Spout was at about 85 degrees to left of handle. Very pale brown fabric (10YR 8/4) with many voids; dull dark red glaze (ca. 2.5YR 6/3) outside only; finger marks on lower body.
