Plastic Attachment From Open Vessel: Nike?

Broken all around.

Bust of beardless figure with hair falling down to shoulder, head turned to right. Wings grow from shoulders. Folds of garment visible on breast. Traces of paint on right breast, and painted circle below.

No obvious wheel marks on interior of vessel. Shiny black glaze, metallic inside.
