Base and much of wall missing.

Round-bodied pot; short wide neck, round mouth with projecting rolled rim, overhanging. No evidence of handles. At base of neck a low raised band, grooved twice. Light gray clay, fairly substantial fabric; lustrous black glaze outside, much worn; dull gray wash inside.
