Low ring foot with concave moulding beneath; pear- shaped body; broad saucer rim, the edge flat on top. A light ridge at the junction of rim and neck, inside and out, and a groove around the mouth. Heavy strap handle with squared sides, from shoulder to mouth. Glazed all over outside except for a reserved line at junction of foot and wall; beneath, re- served within the concave moulding, decorated with one broad between two narrow bands and a small central circle with dot.
